1. General Requirements

• Regular courses, except for Young Learners’ Courses, are designed for adult learners. Participants must be at least 16 years old and must provide proof of age at the time of registration.

• For Young Learners’ Courses, the minimum age requirement is 10 years.

2. Course Fees and Payment Terms

• The course fee is as stated in the price list at the time of registration and is contractually binding.

• Registration must be completed online as per the schedule provided on the official website.

• The fee includes the course fee, study materials, and GST.

• Payments must be made online via internet banking or UPI. (Debit cards, credit cards, and cash payments are not accepted.)

• Books once sold cannot be exchanged or returned.

• No compensation or make-up classes will be provided for missed sessions. Students are responsible for catching up on missed content.

3. Registration Requirements

The following documents are required for registration:

• A passport-size photo and a copy of a Passport or Aadhaar card.

• A screenshot of the online payment receipt (showing the account holder’s name).

• For level A2 and above, certificate of the previous level German language exam (issued within the last six months). If no proof of the previous level is available, then candidate has to appear for a placement test to assess the level to be admitted.

4. Course Participation Certificate

• A minimum of 75% attendance is required to receive a course participation certificate.
